Free New Zealand shipping on all orders. Please note, return or exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer and includes ensuring the order is received by James Bush Ltd / jamesbush.co.nz in an unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, unaltered condition, with tags and packaging in original condition.
Please allow 1 – 5 working days for New Zealand delivery.
INTERNATIONAL
International shipping will incur a flat fee of NZD $30 which includes tracking and insurance. Please allow 7 – 14 working days for delivery.
International delivery may be subject to import tax on arrival.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
Please contact us at contact@jamesbush.co.nz within 7 days from receiving your order if you wish to make an exchange or return an order.
No exchange returns will be accepted on sale goods unless faulty or an incorrect order has been issued.
Return shipping to James Bush Ltd /jamesbush.co.nz is the responsibility of the customer unless the order is faulty or an incorrect order has been issued. The customer is responsible for ensuring all returns are sent in a safe and secure manner.
EXCHANGES
All exchange and return orders must be received by James Bush Ltd / jamesbush.co.nz in an unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, unaltered condition, with tags and packaging in original condition.
We will email confirmation once your return or exchange order has been received.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for exchange or return garments.
Refunds processed to an international credit card will be done so using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed.
